The Bain Creative website eliminates the time-consuming process of real estate agents looking for each service Coldwell Banker Bain offers by putting everything in one, easy-to-find location.
PROBLEM
A survey conducted by Coldwell Banker Bain revealed that agents were not taking full advantage of all the services that were available to them. In the survey, agents indicated almost all their time was spent locating assets, and they were unaware of the comprehensive range of creative services that were offered.
SOLUTION
By bringing all of the services under one roof, Bain Creative’s website simplified agents’ access to all available services.
